You retain all rights and ownership to the content you generate using our Services. We use Zero Data Retention (ZDR) providers to ensure your generated content and prompts are not used to train external foundational models.

The SEM Dao platform, including its software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our platform.
• Generate malicious, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Resell or redistribute our Services without our explicit written permission.
